How to fill in a PDF

  1. Choose your PDF. It opens in the StaplePDF workspace.
  2. If the form has fields, click into them and type. If it doesn't, select Text and click where each answer goes; use Check and Cross for boxes.
  3. Add your signature if the form needs one, then select Done and save.

Forms full of personal details stay private

Tax forms, applications and medical questionnaires are full of information you wouldn't want to upload anywhere. StaplePDF fills them in inside your browser, so nothing you type is sent to anyone.

Questions

How do I stop others from changing my answers?

Use Flatten form in the workspace's tools before saving. The answers become part of the page and can no longer be edited as fields.

Can I come back to a half-finished form?

Yes. The workspace keeps open documents in this browser, so you can close the tab and continue later on the same device.
