Merge PDF files

Combine PDFs into one file, in the order you choose. It all happens in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.

or drop them here

🔒 Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Add two or more PDFs to merge.

    How to merge PDFs

    1. Choose your PDF files, or drag them onto the box above. You can add more at any time.
    2. Put them in order with the ↑ and ↓ buttons. The merged file follows this order.
    3. Select Merge PDFs, then download the combined file.

    Private by design

Most online PDF tools upload your documents to their servers. StaplePDF combines them inside your browser instead, so contracts, statements and forms never leave your device. You can check: open your browser's developer tools and watch the Network tab while you merge. Your files are never sent.

    Questions

Is there a limit on files or size?

No set limit. Very large files depend on your device's memory; a typical computer or phone handles hundreds of pages easily.

Will the merged PDF keep links, bookmarks and form fields?

Yes. Each file's bookmarks are kept, under a new bookmark named after the file, so the merged PDF is easy to find your way around. Links between pages and fillable form fields come along too; if two files have fields with the same name, the second is renamed so their answers stay separate.

    Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Yes. StaplePDF asks for the password when you add the file. The merged PDF has no password.
